I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this shop, the staff are always professional and very helpful. I went in yesterday looking for a rim and tire for my mower and they had exactly what I was looking for. I’m bringing in my zero turn mower today for a full tune up.

Unbelievable customer service. From the moment I called I heard the lovely voice of Tamara who was so helpful. She told me what I needed to bring in for my starter purchase. This was my first time visiting. Upon arriving a few mins later, I was greeted and my issue was taken care of in no time. The husband and wife team are top notch. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining a beautiful location and decorating the inside, plus keeping it super organized. The location is super easy to get to and a simple turn off US 41. There is parking next to the facility so you do not block the main drive once you turn in. A+, I will say you usually do not receive amazing customer service like this anymore… Kudos to these wonderful business owners. I will be back no doubt when needed. Oh and they had the starter and air filter I needed!

Had a problem with a new Greenworks edger and was directed to Macdaddy by Greenworks. Dropped off the unit in the morning with a very friendly staff. They called a few hours later to advise they were having Greenworks send a new edger! Wow, that was quick, thorough and favorable. Also noted extensive inventory and great communications. Couldn’t ask for more!
